At MP3 Assets, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage.
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item returned without prior approval, if required.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
